It’s quiet around here for a few reasons:

  • I’m enjoying doing absolutely nothing right now. That includes being in front of the computer all the time.
  • I’ve been doing nothing also because I’m trying to save up for my first trip to New York EVER, so there’s nothing new to talk about.
  • I have a bit of social media stage fright after acquiring over 350 followers on Twitter (I don’t know why either, but I do appreciate it) and a few more readers here. Still a VERY small number to most people, but I’m terribly shy. Even on the Internet.

There’s a tiny list of things I’d like to do in New York, but I’m looking for recommendations on things to do / see / eat / shop. Like I have never been there, NEVER ever. What should I do? Any advice on how to navigate around? I’ll be there during Ad Week (Sept. 26 – Oct. 2) if that helps any.

Bumming it in BF's Rag & Bone cardigan, an old birthday present from yours truly. It's his favorite label so their store is definitely on the list of must see shops.
